• Project Cost: When a customer makes a booking with Globus Infratech, a conditional project cost will be given. This is to give the client an approximate estimate. The final project cost might vary based on the super-built-up area and the perfected architect's designs.
• Booking Amount: This amount is paid to confirm the booking which will be employed for the survey, soil test, architectural designs, finalising and blocking the vendors/contractors and the materials.
• Package cost: Our standard package rates are also subordinated to variations grounded on the rate of tiles, marble, granite, plywood, laminates, plumbing fixtures for the interior etc.
• Refund Policy: The booking amount is non-refundable as the amount would have formerly been employed for designing, soil testing, survey, indurating seller and running charges. Any decision on further refunds will be handed grounded to the company's discretion.
• Advance Payment: 10% of the overall project value will be collected before execution which will be employed for site rallying conditioning i.e. site cleaning, site marking for excavation and barricading work material procurements.
• Running Account (RA): This is an account that will be maintained with daily bills for the customer to track the payments during execution. These are grounded on factual payments as per the material demand and labour payment.
• Full & Final Payment: Globus Infratech shall collect full and final payment as per the deal at the time of handover of your home.
• Exclusions: Electricity, water & water tank charges will be charged redundant and the customer is responsible for all affiliated payments and for ensuring a timely supply of water and electricity at the site.
• Concealed beams, projections, pergolas, skylights, and elevations will be charged redundant as per customer conditions and these aren't included in any of the packages the client chooses for construction.
• Architect will give 3- 4 design duplications; further changes in conditions by the customer will be at our star architect's discretion.
• Architects will only suggest possible Vaastu options, but it'll be at the discretion of the customer.
• The architects give two options for gathering 3D design and one option for 3D picture design.
• The car parking area will be calculated as 70% of the built-up area (i.e. excluding staircase, lift & lobby area)
• Customers can make changes in the conception phase of design but once the designs are perfected in the scheme phase, further changes won't be entertained and will be under the star architect's discretion.
• The in-house design platoon will consult with external architects in case the customer wishes to do so, still, any drawings that the in-house platoon is needed to give will be chargeable.
• Any violation of the architectural drawings will be at the customer's threat. The customer will hold complete responsibility and the in-house design platoon from Globus Infratech won't endorse any violations of structure.
• Types of material may vary as per the final drawings and availability at the time of construction. Globus Infratech will ensure that all quality norms are met in case of any changes and the customer gets value for the plutocrat invested for the same.
• The quality engineer will check the quality of the materials at the site and the material samples will be transferred to the site before procuring.
• Globus Infratech won't be liable for any case of dis-intermediation when the customer interacts directly with the sellers/labour contractors on site for the payments, contract details or redundant conditions. Any cases reported wherein a customer is set up interacting with the seller or contractors and this is against the interests of Globus Infratech, the seller/ contractor would be terminated from the design with immediate effect.
• Globus Infratech won't entertain third-party relations like outside sellers, advisers or contractors for material used at the site or structural/ design affiliated conversations as per the contract inked with us.
• Globus Infratech provides a 5-year warranty on the structure and underground sump, a 1-year warranty on seepage on all construction services and a 6-month general (i.e. for plumbing, electrical and carpentry) bond.
• Fixtures, fittings and outfits will be rendered, replaced or repaired depending on the terms of their guaranties handed by the respective manufacturer or seller.
