Booking Amount	15%	Design prep, soil test , site survey & topo drawings, material & contractor blocking.
Site Marking Sets	25%	Casting of footings , Raising of columns to plinth level, consolidation of soil,casting of plinth beam and completing (M20 or M25) for below flooring within the plinth area, sump top.
Brick work	10%	Construction of brick wall, casting of lintels, chajja.
Slab	10%	Casting of roof slab with shuttering, tying of steel for roof, electrical conduit laying.
Plastering work	8%	External / Internal plastering.
Flooring	8%	Fixing of tiles for bath rooms, Laying of granite or vitrified tiles for flooring in other areas.
Electrical & Plumbing	7%	Plumbing and Electrical works internal with laying of pipes.
Wood work and railing work	7%	Carpentry works of all doors and windows, Fabrication of railings.
Interior & Painting Work	5%	Interior woodwork as per the design. Painting of internal and external wall with putty works for internal wall, exterior emulsion painting, all finishing.
Handover	5%	Final handover.
